Site or resource listing skill quest locations? - Guild Wars Forums

I was wondering if there is a site or a resource that would tell me what skills can be gotten from quests and what towns and quests they can be gotten from. I tried looking at the comments in the skill listing section of the site and those were spotty at best.

Basically I want to make sure that I am not missing any skills or that I am not buying skills that I could have easily gotten on a quest in my area.

Prophecies skill quests are located on www.guildwiki.org under the skills link. Factions skill quests don't exist after you completed training on Shing Jae Island. All skills are purchased in Factions, other than the few you get from your skill trainers on Shing Jae.
